项目经理
 

The Project Manager is responsible for supporting our clients and internal team throughout the various stages of the sales transformation engagement.

负责在销售赋能/销售转型项目的各个阶段为RSP的客户和内部交付团队提供相应的支持。
 

●Update and maintain project plans and status reports for assigned clients 

●更新和维护客户的项目计划以及项目进度报告

●Prepare, setup and analyze output from participant assessments, surveys, reinforcement tools, Learning Management System, etc. to identify areas for learning reinforcement 

●测评、调查、强化工具、学习管理系统的准备、设置和分析，从而确定对项目参与者的需要学习和强化的领域

●Correlate and analyze key learning indicators (i.e. eLearning scores, participant feedback) and client data 

●关联和分析关键学习指标（例如在线学习分数、参与者反馈等）以及相关客户数据

●Tailor and send Client communications 

●与客户建立个性化的沟通，有效传递信息

●Facilitate client end-user enrollment and reporting for eLearning courses 

●帮助客户的终端用户注册在线学习账号，并生成学习报告

●Identify and confirm resources for assigned projects 

●为所负责的项目确定和安排相关资源

●Coordinate with client on all instructor led events including workshop setup, location, lodging, participant roster, and material shipping details

●协调项目中由讲师交付的服务安排，包括工作坊计划、场地、差旅、学员名单以及物料运输等相关细节的安排

●Summarize customer feedback and facilitator reports to monitor potential opportunities/issues 

●总结客户反馈以及导师报告，洞察潜在的商机和可能存在的问题

●Assisting instruction teams with workshop/event planning 

●协助项目交付团队制作工作坊/活动计划

●Support Sales to advance new business with existing client relationships, create/review SOWs 

●协助销售团队利用现有客户关系拓展新业务，制作/审核项目合同

●Ensure that instruction teams are in the ready position 

●确保项目团队随时处于准备就绪的状态

●Use identified tools/systems for tracking and reporting (i.e. Customer success, project profitability) 

●利用相关工具/系统来追踪项目进展并提供项目报告（例如客户成功结果，项目利润等）
 

●Excellent verbal and written communication skills

●出色的口头和书面交流能力

●Strong customer service skills

●Demonstrates flexibility in working with different types of people

●Manage time in order to adhere to and report on deadlines and project plans 

●良好的时间管理能力，能够保障项目各项进度在要求的时限内圆满达成

●Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 

●熟练操作Office软件（Word,PowerPoint,Excel）

●1+ years of project management experience 

●1年以上的项目管理经验

●Bachelor’s Degree

●本科以上学历 

●Location – Shanghai
